1. Locate my temporary software download folder where I saved IncrediMail.exe or whatever the name of it that I saved - Delete.
2. Locate the desktop IncrediMail Icon - Delete
3. Empty the trash bin.
4. Go to Windows Explorer and look in Program Files and see if there is IncrediMail Folder - Delete.
5. Go Start, Run, Regedit -- Warning -- do this only if you are familiar with Regedit function in Windows Registry Editor. You should not go into this file if you do not know the consequence nor much about Windows Registry. If you do, please take caution - Back up your Registry to a diskette/floppy first, etc. --If you perform this incorrectly, anything from non-rebootable PC to a PC that's unable to execute programs incorrectly. Have your Windows Emergency Recovery Disk Ready also. If you are ready do the following:
a. type "regedit" in Start, Run...
b. Locate and Expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Uninstall\IncrediMail
c. Delete IncrediMail Folder
d. Collapse all folders back and exit Registry Editor.
e. Restart your computer
6. Log back into your PC.
7. Open Windows Explorer. You are going to look for a couple of folders named -- ImInstall & IncrediMail and Delete them both. You can do a "Locate Target" from the Properties of "IncrediMail Install exe" Icon that continues to Pop up on your Desktop. Do a right mouse click on the Icon and select Properties. Then click on "Find Target..." The Windows will list the location of the files that are still remaining. On my PC, they were located in: "C:\Documentsand Settings\"my profile folder"\Local Settings\Temp\ImInstall

Delete the ImInstall Folder. Then, located the next folder listed below and Delete IncrediMail folder: \IncrediMail\imloader.exe"
7. Restart your PC and log back in. IncrediMail is now uninstalled completely. *Note: You might be able to skip #5 Regedit and do the rest of the steps and still complete the uninstallation.
